What is Jane’s Dine Inn?

Jane’s Dine Inn is an intimate and intentional dining series offering bi-monthly dinners and once-monthly brunches where Chef Jane Wild manifests unique offerings focusing on the simplicity of quality ingredients, the season, relationships to our farmers, and a relaxed good time. Each meal will seat only 22-diners with diners being held on the first and third Saturday of each month and brunch on the second Sunday of the month.

Jane's Dine Inn specializes in working relationships with local farmers and purveyors to provide the best quality experience for the table. The basis of our dining series and the driving force to gather is localism and family-- whether it's your loved ones, farmers, or guests -we all gather around the same tale. The menu changes with each seating, reflecting the seasons of Texas. Purchasing produce with limitation and the idea of keeping things exciting for the staff and guests. No two meals will be the same. The food is simple; not heavily plated or overdone. finding beauty in imperfection.

Where is Jane’s Dine Inn?

In the spirit of a throwback speakeasy, exact details for the dinners will be emailed directly to ticket holders the week before your dinner. But as a little hint, we will be dining together in the Montrose neighborhood of Houston.

Is Jane’s Dine Inn handicap accessible?

In our commitment to ensuring everyone's enjoyment of the evening, please do not hesitate to let us know if any member of your party requires handicap accessibility assistance, as our venue is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.

What should I wear?

We encourage each guest to dress as they feel most authentic and comfortable! While the aesthetic of this dinner series pays homage to the charm of American 1940s and '50s, we warmly invite you to consider joining us in this thematic spirit, though it is entirely optional.

Why do you ask for the names of each member of my party?

We will be crafting personalized place cards for each guest attending the dinner. This is why we will be requesting the first name and last initial of each member in your party.

What is parking like?

For the convenience and safety of all, we strongly encourage guests planning to consume alcoholic beverages to consider utilizing a ride-sharing service. However, if you choose to drive, there is parking available in a lot adjacent to our secret dining destination.

What are my beverage options?

For an enhanced communal experience, carefully curated beverage pairings featuring small-batch wines, Texas spirits, or craft beers will be available for an additional cost. Non-alcoholic beverage pairings will also be available for those who prefer them. Those can be purchased through the “Reservations” tab of our website.

For those who choose not to opt for a pairing, our staff will provide water throughout the evening.

Can I bring my own beverages?

We kindly request that you refrain from bringing your own beverages to the dinner.

What if I need to make changes to my reservation?

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

Should you or any of your guests have specific dietary restrictions that Chef Jane should be mindful of as she crafts the evening's menu, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible by emailing catherine@thetouscollective.com
