I am so grateful for the opportunity to open the doors to a space where I can share another side of my story with food. Where art has a narrative that celebrates the seasons. A place where I can honor localism in all its forms. To nurture, rekindle, and regenerate the essential bonds of connection, with each other and the land around us.
Jane’s Dine Inn offers bi-monthly seating’s, inviting you to join us for two Saturday dinners each month as well as once-monthly brunch offerings on the horizon. Capturing the feeling of an intimate space of intentional gathering, each service will accommodate only 22 diners for a 5-course communal experience complete with beverage pairings - both alcoholic and spirit free options.
This is a place to manifest your palate and spend an evening with friends - some you came with and others you leave with.

Edible Houston’s Local Hero Best Chef Winner 2019 and recognized numerous times by Houstonia Magazine, for Chef Jane, her kitchen is more than a place to cook. It is a canvas where she shares stories of gastronomic memories, celebrates seasonality, and honors area farmers and ranchers all with the goal of rekindling connections within her community.
While her credits include being the Executive Chef at The Dunlavy and Golden Bagels & Coffee, her newest endeavor is Jane’s Dine Inn, a bi-monthly dining community that celebrates localism and the art of intentional dining.
